Extra-curricular activities form an important part of life at The English School of Ulaanbaatar and provide students with opportunities to explore interests beyond the academic curriculum.
The programme is designed to encourage participation, creativity and personal development. Students are able to discover new talents, develop friendships and build confidence through a wide range of activities.
Activities are available at different times throughout the school day, including:
Morning and After-School Clubs
A variety of clubs take place before and after the school day, allowing students to pursue interests in areas such as sport, music, languages, academic subjects and creative arts.
Lunchtime Activities
During lunch break, students have opportunities to participate in informal activities, sports and clubs, making use of the school’s outdoor facilities and activity spaces.
One-to-One Practice Sessions
Students may also take part in individual practice sessions, particularly in areas such as music tuition, where focused one-to-one learning helps develop skills and confidence.
