Personal, Social, Health and Economic Education
PSHE plays an important role in the development of students at ESU by supporting their personal growth, wellbeing and understanding of the wider world.
Through the PSHE programme, students explore topics that help them develop the knowledge, skills and values necessary to navigate life with confidence and responsibility.
Topics within the PSHE curriculum may include:
• Personal wellbeing and mental health
• Healthy lifestyles and physical wellbeing
• Relationships and communication
• Digital safety and responsible technology use
• Financial awareness and economic understanding
• Global citizenship and social responsibility
The programme is designed to encourage discussion, reflection and responsible decision-making.
